Victoria was extremely helpful and responsive, providing great advice and directions. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a convenient location near Termini. The owner gave useful tips and the guesthouse had good amenities, including a common kitchen. a wonderful stay.

The hotel shares the 'overprice' problem of the city. Other than that everything was ok. The room was clean and in good condition. The owner lady was helpful and good company.

Nothing really, other than being overpriced. But this is the common problem for the city.

The hotel was situated near the main train station, which made it easy to get to the main tourist destinations in the city. the room was cleaned every day, which was a nice touch. the staff gave great recommendations for local places to eat and explore, which added to the authenticity of our trip.

The air conditioning was only available for an extra fee, which was a bit of a disappointment. the rooms were quite basic in terms of amenities and decor.

Guesthouse is in a central location, just 10 minute walk from Termini Railway/Metro station, easy to get to any place in Rome and also to airport. Owner Victoria is wonderful and is very helpful. Room is large enough, very clean, towels are changed and room is cleaned every day.

Nothing important to complain about, maybe view from window could be better as you can see just other buildings but it was not important for us as we visited Rome to go around and not to stay in room. Would be great if we had keys from kitchen to prepare something in evenings or just to make a tea.

We would recommend B&B Principe for very good location and family like atmosphere, since the owner Mrs. Victoria was very nice and helpful.

We stayed for 5 nights, so continental breakfast (bread and jam), which is standard for such B&Bs became tiring, however we knew it in advance and therefore not surprised. If we had little fridge in the room, we would definitely make a use of it for our own staff :). Nevertheless, for shorter stay, there would be no objections.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a guesthouse in the heart of Rome. the value for money was excellent - I felt like I got a lot for my budget. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the convenient location near Termini railway station and the fact that breakfast included a nice espresso. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and had comfortable king-size beds. The private bathrooms were on the smaller side but very clean. Lastly, the staff were outstanding. The host, Victoria, was very nice and even waited for us when we arrived late at night. I highly recommend this hotel for its great prices, attention to detail, and friendly staff.

We loved Victoria! She was always helpful, from the moment we got there until the moment we left and the room was wonderful! Everyday the rooms and towels were cleaned. One of the best things about this hotel is its excellent location. It's right beside Termini train station, making it very convenient for travelers. You can easily catch a train or hop on the metro to explore the city. Plus, the hotel is very near the Metro, so getting around Rome is a breeze.

Extremely helpful. Kettle, coffee and breakfast things were all bought unasked for. Good location. Everything you need if staying on a budget and don't like big hotels.

It is an extremely wonderful experience of the stay in Principe. Victoria is so nice to take care of everything, from the tip for arrival to the map and trip suggestions. It is 10 minutes walk from Termini and even more close to another Metro station.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel near Termini. the location was perfect, right beside the train station and only a short walk to the Metro. It made getting around the city incredibly convenient. Secondly, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed, from providing detailed information about attractions and restaurants to giving a warm welcome upon my arrival. Additionally, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. I especially loved the king-size bed and private bathroom. And lastly, the breakfast was a nice touch, with a delicious espresso to start the day off right.

No complaints, everything was great.

Hard to find the location as there is no signboard but only a small tag. Single bed is so small.
